GENERAL DECLARATION

I declare that:

I wish to register for the 2025 Radical Cup United Kingdom Championship and I declare that the information given above is correct. I understand that should the above information change in any way I will confirm details in writing to The Championship Coordinator as detailed below

I have read and understood the 2025 Radical Cup United Kingdom Championship Sporting and Technical Regulations and agree to abide by all the provisions as supplemented or amended.

1) I have been given the opportunity to read, if any, the Supplementary Regs for this event and agree to be bound by them. I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and I am competent to do so.

2) I acknowledge that I understand the nature and type of the competition and the potential risk inherent in motorsport and agree to accept that risk. Further I understand that all persons having any connection with the promotion and/or organisation and/or conduct of the event are insured against loss or injury caused through their negligence.

3) I acknowledge that I understand determinations by Radical Motorsport Ltd and/or MSUK officials are non-litigable; Drivers and competitors will not initiate or maintain litigation of any kind against Radical Motorsport Ltd, the Motorsport UK ("MSUK"), or anyone acting on behalf of MSUK, to reverse, or modify, such determinations, or to seek to recover damages, or other relief allegedly incurred, or required, as a result of such determination and; if a participant, entrant, competitor, or official initiates, or maintains, litigation in violation of this provision, that individual or entity agrees to reimburse Radical Motorsport Ltd, MSUK, for all costs of such litigation, including travel expenses, and attorneys’ fees. Competitors, or officials, involved in such litigation as plaintiffs will have all MSUK privileges suspended until litigation is complete.

4) To the best of my belief the driver(s) possess(es) the standard of competence necessary for an event of the type to which this entry relates and that the vehicle entered is suitable and roadworthy for the event having regard to the course and the speeds which will be reached.

5) I understand that should I at the time of this event be suffering from any disability whether permanent or temporary which is likely to affect prejudicially my normal control of my vehicle, I may not take part unless I have declared such disability to the ASN which has, following such declaration issued a license which permits me to do so.

6) Any application form for a license which was signed by a person under the age of 18 years was countersigned by that person’s parent/guardian/guarantor, whose full names and addresses have been given.

7) If I am the Parent/Guardian/Guarantor of the driver I understand that I have the right to be present during any procedure being carried out under the Supplementary Regulations issued for this event and the Sporting and Technical Regulations.

8) The Applicant agrees to permit the MSUK, Radical Motorsport Ltd and its assigns (including, but not limited to, subsidiaries, series sponsors, promoters/organisers of the Event), free of any charges, duties or fees, to use, license, reproduce, have reproduced, show, have shown, without limitation in space or time, all drawings, soundtracks, photographs, trademarks, films/video pictures concerning competitors, their drivers, teams or cars involved in the event(s) on any medium whatsoever for any documents, reports, coverage, broadcast, program, publication, video game or model production, software, etc. whether past, present or future. The Applicant further acknowledges and agrees that MSUK and/or Radical Motorsport Ltd may freely assign or License its rights to a third party.

9) I understand that I will be financially responsible for any damage caused to the track, or clean-up products used, as a result of an incident of which I’m involved (such as but not limited to guardrail replacement, oil-dry, repair to paddock pavement)

10) I acknowledge and agree that the global health situation due to the COVID-19 crisis is very uncertain and may lead to the postponement, cancellation or stopping of an event, which shall be considered as a force majeure event.

11) Entry Fees are non-refundable. Your inability to attend, for any reason, does not warrant a refund. In the case the entire event needs to be postponed, and may be held on a different date during the same calendar year, entry fees paid shall be transferred to the new date. In the case that an event is cancelled entry fees paid shall, in the first instance, be transferred in full to another event, or in the second instance refunded. Once it has commenced, if an event is stopped for any reason, no entry fees will be refunded.

12) I acknowledged that event organisers, Radical Motorsport, MSUK, and the venue are not liable for any potential transmission of illnesses. I here by confirm I am solely responsible for my own health. I confirm I will follow all guidelines issued by officials, minimize interactions with others, practice social distancing, wear a mask at all times, regardless of whether those guidelines supersede local or federal mandates. I confirm I will not attend an event if I feel ill or exhibit symptoms, believe I have been exposed to, or have tested positive within 14 days of the event.
